These days, I notice that there more “strangers” around Hasting Street. By “strangers”, I mean their behaviors are strange. Some of them act like dancing on the sidewalk, some of them shout loud to people around them. Apparently, they are drug addicted. They don’t even know what they are doing after they eat drugs.

The government should do something to them, such as addiction treatment , so that those “strangers” will be less in the future. Otherwise, more and more will come, and the situation will get worse.
